What we collect
When you browse the site, we use Plausible Analytics to understand basic usage such as page views and referrers. Plausible is intended to be privacy-friendly and does not use cross-site advertising profiles.
When you subscribe to the weekly digest, we collect the email address you provide so we can send the newsletter.
Why we use it
Analytics helps us see which pages are useful and which parts of the project need improvement. Email addresses are used only to send EU Democracy Hub updates and service messages related to the newsletter.
Newsletter and unsubscribe
The weekly digest is sent through Resend or a similar email provider. Every production newsletter should include an unsubscribe option or clear reply-based removal path. If you no longer want the digest, use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply to the email asking to be removed.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Newsletter delivery may require sharing your email address with the email service provider used to send the digest. Public EU source links may take you to third-party official websites with their own policies.
